cpp-4.7-arm-linux-gnueabi software package provides GNU C preprocessor, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cpp-4.7-arm-linux-gnueabi
cpp-4.7-arm-linux-gnueabi is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cpp-4.7-arm-linux-gnueabi package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cpp-4.7-arm-linux-gnueabi *
